Construction of a lifeguard watchtower on Cabarete beach
PUERTO PLATA.- The authorities ordered the construction of a lifeguard watchtower on Cabarete beach, due to the frequent episodes of citizens who lost their lives by drowning in that area. This tower has been suggested for more than 20 years.
