Christmas lights lit up at the Flag square in Sosua
Thursday evening, November 29, the Christmas tree in the park of the flags (right opposite Banco Popular in El Batey, Sosúa) were officially presented to the public when the mayor turned on the Christmas lights. The entire park is covered in beautiful Christmas lights and the Christmas tree (now larger than in previous years) looks like a fairytale. To this festive event, hundreds of residents of Sosúa came down together with representatives of the municipal authorities, police, military and civil guard.
After the many speeches, the visitors were also surprised with delicious cookies and hot chocolate. The mayor said in her speech that also in the neighborhoods of Charamicos and La Unión the parks will be dressed up with Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree.
