Bistro Central is a new and cool Bistro and Bar, centrally located on Pedro Clisante (next to Hotel and Bar Centralen), with a bar facing the main street. Inside you’ll find TV screens with live sports (soccer, handball, Formula 1, etc.), darts, and a fully stocked bar. Many also like the street countertop, with a view of the street. The place is under German management and welcomes all diners and partygoers!

The representative of Sánchez Ramírez (Cotuí), Mariana Downing is the new Miss Dominican Republic Universe 2023. She will represent the DR in the competition to be held in El Salvador in December, as reported in Diario Libre.
Downing is a 27-year-old Dominican model of British descent. She made headlines in the past for her relationship with Puerto Rican salsa singer Marc Anthony when she was 21.
