The Realty Group: Buying Real Estate in the Dominican Republic
Buying Real estate is secure in the Dominican Republic, as long as the rules of the Property Registry Law No. 108-05 and its Regulations are being followed. The Realty Group will explain and guide you through this process. We work together with several excellent trustworthy attorneys. If you don’t speak Spanish, we have a close collaboration with a European attorney fluent in 5 languages.
Our names are Patricia & Willem, originally from the Netherlands but now living our dream in the Dominican Republic. We decided to come here to pursue a different life with more time for each other and our family. The climate is a lot better here than in Holland, that is a big bonus, but what we enjoy the most here is the friendly Dominican people, the nature, and the tranquility without all the big problems of Europe (United States, Canada, and Russia) having at the moment.
We speak Spanish, English and Dutch and we have associates who speak native Italian, French, German, and Russian.
Our dream here in the Dominican Republic is to live off the grid, and Patricia and I are investing in that right now. What is your dream? Let us be of help!
