Preparing for Easter week
According to a press release from the Presidency, around 40,000 people will be working to prevent accidents and tragedies during the peak domestic vacation time, Easter Week that kicks off with children getting off from school beginning on Friday, 7 April. Easter celebrations will officially end on Sunday, 16 April.
As reported, the Emergency Operations Center (COE) has arranged for 2,602 assistance points throughout the country. More than 10 government organizations are coordinating their efforts to offer assistance to citizens in the case of need.
