Two bodies found could uncover major crime ring
Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic.- The decomposed bodies of two of seven people, mostly drivers of minibuses whom had vanished in the last four months in San Pedro, La Romana and Hato Mayor, were found by the authorities in a mass grave, where authorities believe there are more bodies located by two of four suspects apprehended in connection with the case.
The Justice Ministry and the National Police continue the search at the site Monday night, after the bodies were pulled out of a 60 feet pit in an abandoned house, where relatives of the missing for months arrive in the macabre scene.
Local media report that the finding could expose one of the cruelest networks of thieves and murderers in the east region ever, with links to stolen properties and vehicles.
