French group Total gets majority stake in Shell gas stations
Santo Domingo.- Starting February Shell gas stations will become Total, the French oil group that bought them from the Dominican-based V Energy Group.
On Wednesday the group said the redesign of the stations will cost US$50 million.
In a press conference Total executives said all stations –acquired through a 70% stake- will have adopted the company´s logo by year end.
