DR free zone businesspeople explore opportunities in Cuba
A mission of more than 40 Dominican free zone businesspeople is traveling to Cuba for exploratory meetings from 26 June to 2 July 2016. The mission has the backing of the National Council of Export Free Zones (CNZFE), the Embassy of Cuba in the Dominican Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Relations. The mission will be led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Relations Cesar Dargam, deputy minister of industry and commerce for industrial development Vinicio Mella and Luisa Fernandez, executive director of the CNZFE for the government and Jose Manuel Torres, executive vice president, for the Dominican Free Zone Association (Adozona).
