Dominican airline Pawa starts Santo Domingo – Havana flights on Friday
Santo Domingo.- Dominican airline Pawa starts Santo Domingo-Havana flights on Friday, local media report.
The airline has scheduled three flights per week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
This new route comes after the airline complied with the Civil Aviation Board (JAC) requirements, and months after it began operations in mid-August last year.
Pawa had denounced “hurdles” imposed by JAC president Roger Jover in November, when the airline was notified that the authorization for its planned first flight set for the 30th of that month had been canceled.
