Taiwan donates 80 ambulances worth RD$260M+ for 9-1-1
Santo Domingo.- Taiwan’s Govt. on Tuesday donated 80 ambulances worth more than RD$260 million to the Health Ministry for use in the 911 Emergency System,.
Public Health minister Altagracia Guzman received the vehicles from Taiwan ambassador Tomas Ping Fu Hou, who said the ambulances aim to bolster prevention and timely response to natural disasters and other emergencies
Guzman thanked Taipei for the donation and said the ambulances will strengthen 9-1-1 services, pre-hospital emergency or any emergency occurring faced by citizens.
