Renovation of Pedro Clisante Street takes a final step
This week, before Christmas, suddenly a lot of workers showed up as if they want to complete the first part of the renovation of the main street Pedro Clisante. Rumor has it, the central government finally transferred a part of the promised money to the contractor. We saw at least a dozen workers busy paving sidewalks, planting palm trees and cleaning up the rubbish heaps. If the rain doesn’t play spoilsport, it seems as if the first part of the renovation plan will be ready for the holidays.
