Intersections work better without AMET agents
Today’s Diario Libre, Wednesday 14 October 2015 reports that traffic flow along the capital’s main avenues has improved since Metropolitan Transport Authority agents were removed from directing traffic at major intersections. Journalists observed that AMET removed its agents from the 27 de Febrero and Winston Churchill avenues yesterday, Tuesday 14 October 2015 and let the traffic lights direct the traffic. The verdict: the traffic lights did a better job than the AMET agents.
