Florida business leaders look to invest in Puerto Plata´s tourism
Miami .- Numerous US business leaders specialized in tourism traveled to the Dominican Republic motivated by consul general in Florida Miguel Angel Rodriguez, to see firsthand the Dominicans market´s competitive advantages for foreign investors.
Acento.com.do reports that representatives from more than 24 major companies involved in tourism development will participate in the investment forum “Invest in DR-Puerto Plata,” co-hosted by the Dominican Republic Export and Investment Center at the coty dubbed “Bride of the Atlantic” today Thursday.
“Puerto Plata is the site with strongest for opportunities growth for investors especially in the tourism in the context of the soon-to-be inaugurated port of Amber Cove developed by the cruise line Carnival Corporation,” Rodriguez said.
