Hodelpa president Edmundo Aja will be the keynote speaker. Dozens of professionals and guests representing the hospitality industry are expected to participate.
A Gastronomic and Cultural Fair is scheduled at the Serrania School in Jarabacoa on May 6.
Participants will present dishes from the participating countries. Dominican chef Rosa Gomez (The Chefa) will present some of the Dominican Republic’s most popular dishes.
