Bulgarian caught red handed by ATM in Cofresi
PUERTO PLATA A Bulgarian was arrested last night red handed at the time uninstalling the electronic device from an ATM in the tourist resort of Cofresi in the western part of the city of Puerto Plata.
The Bulgarian was identified as Milen Valentino Milev, 30 years of age, who resides in Bavaro, Higuey, was caught red-handed by a patrol of the Deputy Directorate of Criminal Investigations, just when uninstalling a device cashier, which he had installed in the Ocean World tourist complex, located in Puerto Plata, Maimon. He explained that the device is used to steal information from the ATM and credit cards.
In addition to an electronic meter with their respective cables, two sets of keys, a beeper VAS and the famous electronic device used to steal information from cash machines, for which he will be referred to the courts in the coming hours for an accusation of flagrant violation of the Law No. 53-07 on Crimes and Crimes of High Technology in the Dominican Republic.
