The Financial Times will now be available in Diario Libre
Santo Domingo. With the objective of always providing up to date and truthful information, Diario Libre, the leading newspaper in the Dominican Republic amongst readers, has announced that from next Monday, 7 July, it will become part of a select group of Latin American daily newspapers to publish articles from the Financial Times.
This daily British newspaper is considered to be the most important business press in the world, and is known for the credibility of its financial reporting and world economic problems.
DL will assign a page each day, in its edition, to this important publication which will contain the main themes and articles from the original publication.
It should be noted that the Financial Times has an audience of around 2.2 million readers, and that the readership of its internet edition increased by 68% from 2011 to 2013. Also, it has experienced an increase of 150% of followers on Twitter as well as those who access the paper using Smart phones and Tablets by 108% and 300% respectively.
With this new exclusive alliance for the Dominican Republic, Diario Libre will satisfy a growing demand for news and financial analysis with a global focus, offering its readers content both of high quality and an international perspective.
