Punta Cana’s Meliá Caribe Tropical Resort Opens Adults-Only Area
The Meliá Caribe Tropical Resort, in Punta Cana – on the country’s easternmost region – recently inaugurated The Level, a 312-suite adults-only facility. The new area also features an exclusive beach and pool areas. The Meliá Caribe Tropical Resort is an all-inclusive 1,100-room facility.
Customers will now be able to enjoy access to the VIP Lounge which provides guests with private check-in services, continental breakfast, complimentary Internet access, tea and coffee, and premium drinks and snacks available all day long.
Some of the hotel’s special touches are the GABI Club with pool, restaurant and private bar, nightly entertainment, concierge services, priority reservations for a la carte restaurants, and many other activities.
The Level also features a modern restaurant that combines four dining concepts in one place. Guests will enjoy options that range from the Steak Corner to the Nikkei, a restaurant that features the fusion of Peruvian and Asian cuisine.

The 1,100-room Meliá Caribe Tropical offers spacious suites in two-story bungalows and three luxury villas. Also, three buffet-style and ten a la carte restaurants, and 14 bars featuring a wide selection of national and international cocktails and drinks.
In addition, guests will truly enjoy the YHI Wellness center, fine dining options, ten swimming pools, casino, golf course, fitness center, 13 meeting rooms as well as a theme park dedicated to the Flintstones.
