Over 90% occupancy in Puerto Plata’s hotels for the beginning of 2015

PUERTO PLATA – According to the Minister of Tourism; July Almonte, and Provincial Director of Tourism; Lorenzo Sancassani, hotel occupancy in the North Coast destination reaches its maximum for 2015.
Officials from the Ministry of Tourism agreed with the statement by the presidents of hotel associations of Playa Dorada, Sosua, Cabarete and the entire North Coast; Marcos Villanueva (Golden Beach), Luis Liriano (ASONORTE), Tomas Callender (Sosua / Cabarete), who claim that as to date hotels will be fully booked.

Finally, Tomas Callender said: “Both Cabarete and Sosua have positive increases in occupations of conventional hotels and All Inclusive Hotels, so this winter season starts will be great for the North Coast destination”.
