Forbes magazine announces Dominican Rep
New York, NY.- The prominent financial publication Forbes on Thursday said it plans to expand to the Latin American market with editions in the Dominican Republic and Central America in March 2014, partnering with Media Business Generators (MBG). “Both editions will be available on newsstands in late March.”
Forbes Media COO Mike Federle said MBG “has enjoyed terrific early success with Forbes Mexico. We both agree that there’s continued opportunity to grow the Forbes brand in Central and South America.”
It said to launch Forbes Dominican Republic and reveal the magazine’s first cover, “Forbes LATAM CEO Max Linares, Forbes President of LATAM Mariano Menendez, and Vice President of LATAM Mr. Marco Landucci and Vice President of Americas Mr. Edward De Valle II plan to host an exclusive event on Thursday, March 13 on the rooftop of the Torre Corporativo in Santo Domingo.”

Uriel Naum, Editor-in-Chief for Forbes Central America, added that with Forbes’ arrival in the Dominican Republic and Central America, “readers will gain access to the global information that the Forbes brand is known for, as well as tailored content for each market.”
