Air Berlin adds two new direct flights Dusseldorf – Puerto Plata and Dusseldorf – Varadero from November

PUERTO PLATA – The Executive Director of the airline Air Berlin ,  Wolfgang Prock – Schauer, reported that as of November this year they will add two new flights to the Caribbean , specifically from Dusseldorf to Puerto Plata in Dominican Republic and Varadero, Cuba .
Prock – Schauer said “Overall, our customers will have access to 20 weekly flights to long-haul destinations and guaranteed warm weather , including Varadero , Puerto Plata , Cancun and Curacao .”
The flights , which will be non-stop , will be operating on Monday , Wednesday and Friday in Airbus A330- 200 aircraft and will also be available to passengers of Air Berlin from Munich .
This daily winter service offered by the airline to the International Airport of Punta Cana with these four new flights totaling eight by AirBerlin.
Air Berlin flies to 147 destinations worldwide , it carried 31.5 million passengers in 2013, operates 16 shared with other airlines and its fleet has an average age of five years.
