Architect Brian Soto presented the proposal to the Chamber of Deputies Border Affairs Commission, which studies the possible construction of a wall at the Dominican Republic-Haiti border.

The proposal forms part of a plan to develop infrastructure construction projects in the five border provinces, including two international airports, two ports; one in Montecristi and the other in Pedernales, four heliports, four universities, 50,000 homes, 20 technical schools and 144 clinics, among others.

The Network also proposed a border with world-class security that guarantees national sovereignty, progress, peace and the development for citizens.
