Felix Sanchez takes 5th in 400 meter hurdles at Moscow
Moscow.- Olympic great Felix Sanchez came in fifth place in the 400 meter hurdles held in the Russian capital Thursday, failing in his bid to become history’s first three-time gold medal winner in major events.
The Dominican hurdler’s bid for a medals occurred at the World Championships, Moscow 2013.
Sanchez, 36, did post a respectable time of 48.33 seconds, in the race won by Jehue Gordon, from Trinidad & Tobago, who ran it at 47.69 seconds.
