“La Cana” 20th Place in World Ranking of Golf Courses
The “La Cana” Punta Cana Resort & Club golf course currently occupies the 20th place amongst the world’s top courses, according to the American Airlines magazine Celebrated Living.
The magazine is edited for the airline’s Premium passengers. The information on “La Cana” appears in the magazine’s summer 2012 edition. This particular golf course occupies the 20th slot, along with the Highlands Links Golf Course, in Cape Breton, Canada.
“La Cana” is part of the Punta Cana Resort & Club, located in the tourist area of Punta Cana on the eastern region of the Dominican Republic. This resort also features the “Colares” Golf Course. Built alongside the majestic Caribbean Sea, the “La Cana” golf course was designed by the famous PB Dye.
